Two Cup Tuesday No.24

I just got back to West Virginia from Hawaii. Seriously. Just. Got. Back.
And I miss the beach already!
My Little Cup and I had a great time visiting my parents, brother, and niece! We spent 9 days in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island and enjoyed the surf and the turf!
Also... the Hershey's Macadamia Nut Kisses were a HUGE hit with everyone! I mentioned them on a tweet and they responded with THIS!
As you can see, we had a GREAT time! If you are planning a visit to the Big Island and need a comfortable place to stay, my mom has a 2 bed/2 bath rental available. Mention that you heard about it on Pint Sized Baker for a 10% discount. Visit her website HERE! http://www.konahomestead.com/

Peanut Butter Cookie Truffles

While I'm on vacation in Kona, Hawaii, Carmen from Carmen's Sweet Creations is guest posting tonight! She is sharing her delicious Peanut Butter Cookie recipe and turning them into an amazing Peanut Butter Cookie Truffle Bites.  Please welcome Carmen!

Peanut Butter Cookie Bites!

So, it all started with the Oreo truffles...
I thought to myself, I am going to put two things I love together and see what happens! I took my most favourite peanut butter cookies with cream cheese and chocolate and made my creation of Peanut Butter Cookie Bites. These bad boys are to die for and if you LOVE peanut butter this is a must try.
I promise you will be hooked!
I have used the best cookie recipe I got from my mom, who got it from a neighbour. I used all natural PB for this recipe, however, if you have a favorite peanut butter that you love feel free to use it. These cookies are super soft and super yummy.
I used Monkey Butter Peanut Butter which is made by a local company where I live. I love their White Chocolate Pretzel Peanut Butter variety which I used for these cookies.

Chocolate Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter Granola Bars

I'm always looking for great snacks that my kid and her friends can come in and grab. Now that school is out, I feel like I'm feeding the neighborhood on a regular basis.

They usually enjoy my cupcakes and cake pops, but I want to give them more than just sugar and frosting.

So, when I came across some fun and easy no-bake granola bars, I thought that they would be great for an easy snack. I first saw them  HERE which lead me to THERE and then I adapted it a bit.

Super Easy Biscuit Donuts

Well... I missed National Donut Day last week...

But I don't need a "holiday" to enjoy donuts. Do you? Yeah, I didn't think so.

My daughter and I were craving some donuts and instead of driving to the store to get some, I decided to make my own.

I had a can of Pillsbury Biscuits in the fridge and I decided to make some super easy donuts to satisfy our craving.

Volcano Cake Pops

Aloha!
Tomorrow I'm headed off on vacation to Kona, Hawaii!
As some of you know, I grew up on Oahu and all of my family is still there. I'm the only one that left the rock.
I moved to the "mainland" 20 years ago! What?? TWENTY YEARS AGO???

OMG! I'm not that old!! Really!

I graduated in June 1993 and headed off college in Arizona in the fall. WOW!

I'm feeling so nostalgic.
