    Strawberry and Yogurt Popsicles

Oh boy! It was 90 degrees here in West Virginia the other day! Whew! Is your A/C cranked like mine is?

I’m 99.9% sure that calls for some homemade popsicles. These quick and easy popsicles are great to make with your kids because they are made with just two simple ingredients. Strawberries and Yogurt. That’s it! You can pick your favorite yogurt and level of sweetness, I just picked a vanilla one and then puree some fresh, sweet strawberries. They really are that easy!

My daughter loves them and I prefer these to those Otter Pops or other sugary packed frozen juice ice pops. If strawberries aren’t your thing, you can use blueberries, bananas, cantaloupe, watermelon – heck, pretty much any fruit that would be great frozen.

Have your kids get involved in making their own treats. This is an easy recipe that kids of all ages can help with.
