Little Debbie Gingerbread Truffles + Giveaway

Like Gingerbread??
Like Little Debbie Gingerbread?
I thought so.

That's why I made these Truffles for you.

You're welcome!

My daughter loved helping me make these little truffles.
It all started off with the Little Debbie Christmas Gingerbread cookies.
I know... another Little Debbie treat.
I can't help it! Their cookies are perfect for pops or truffles!

Then dip in chocolate.

To make the little Gingerbread Men,

1. Get some fondant. You don't need too much. A Small Gingerbread Man Cookie Cutter and some brown gel food coloring.
2. Color fondant in a twisting and folding manner until a uniform color develops.
3. Uniform color. You can also buy pre-made Chocolate fondant (Tastes like Tootsie Rolls).
4. Roll smooth and cut out shapes. I used the pink ring on my Wilton Rolling pin.
5. Leave shapes to dry overnight.

Decorate Gingerbread Men with sprinkles, jimmies, nonpareils, edible markers, cookie icing, royal icing. Really, you're only limited by your imagination.

If my six year old can do this, then so can you!

I also decorated some with just some food markers.
You don't need to have a ton of sprinkles to make these.

Also, you see those little TO/FROM tags?? They are from the back of the cookie box. Awesome!
All prepared to giveaway for Holiday Treats to neighbors and friends!

Thanks Little Debbie!

Also, a BIG THANKS to my Rock Star Fans!!
This past week, I passed 4,000 Facebook Fans! Not to forget all my Instagram, Twitter and Pintrest fans!

  2. Super cute! I love the idea of adding a cut out to the top of a truffle instead if just the usual sprinkles. Plus, since they're gingerbread men you can give each truffle it's on personality. So creative!
